I will tell you when I have insufficient expertise to help you and, when possible, refer you to others who have appropriate skills.

As a sole practioner, I will carry out all of your legal work personally, although I have others to support me in case I am ever absent or on holiday. This means that whenever you need to update information, I will have it to hand and I won't have to waste your time referring to others before I advise you.
I aim to be on top of your work all of the time and I will send you regular progress reports without the need for you to chase to me. I will telephone you as soon as anyting urgent or important happens in any work I am engaged in for y ou.
For genuinely urgent matters, I am on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
